RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At UNHAUL, we stand behind every protocol we ship. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we want to make it right.

365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 365 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund on any UNHAUL order, for any reason. Didn't feel a difference? Changed your mind? Simply not for you? That's enough. Email support@unhaulco.com with your order number and we'll refund the full purchase price of the product to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the product. Because our daily protocol pouches are custom-packaged for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for resale or redistribution. Keep the product, give it away, or dispose of it — the refund is yours either way.

How to request a refund under the guarantee:

  1. Email support@unhaulco.com from the email address associated with your order.

  2. Include your order number in the subject line.

  3. That's it. You do not need to provide a reason, photographs, or any documentation.

We will confirm your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The 365-day guarantee covers the product cost. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Canceling Before Your Order Ships

If you'd like to cancel an order before it ships, please email support@unhaulco.com as soon as possible. Orders are released to production at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the day they are placed. Cancellation requests received before the production release will be refunded in full immediately with no shipment. Cancellation requests received after the production release will be processed under the 365-day money-back guarantee described above — the order will ship, and you can request a full refund at any time within 365 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, email support@unhaulco.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or the incorrect product

We will respond within 2 business days and, at our discretion, either ship a replacement at no cost or issue an immediate refund. Reporting damaged or incorrect orders through this faster path is separate from — and does not affect — your 365-day money-back guarantee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your building's mail area, and contact the carrier to file a lost-package claim. If the carrier confirms the package is lost (not merely delayed), email support@unhaulco.com within 10 business days of the tracking "delivered" date and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered received, and UNHAUL is not responsible for packages stolen after carrier delivery. However, the 365-day money-back guarantee still applies to any shipped order, regardless of delivery status issues.

Subscription Orders

Every subscription renewal is fully covered by the 365-day money-back guarantee. If a renewal ships that you didn't want, you have two paths:

  1. Cancel the subscription to stop all future renewals (see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy).

  2. Request a refund on the renewal order under the 365-day guarantee by emailing support@unhaulco.com.

You never need to worry about being stuck with a shipment you didn't want.
