Where We Ship
UNHAUL currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally. Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, and Puerto Rico may be limited or subject to longer transit times based on carrier restrictions.
Processing Time
Orders are released to production at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the day they are placed. Orders placed before this cutoff begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the following business day. Standard production and quality inspection typically adds 1–3 business days before an order ships.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Sendle, selected at our discretion based on destination, package weight, and carrier availability. Estimated transit times after an order ships:

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. UNHAUL is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the selected shipping method. Any free-shipping promotions in effect will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active after you receive the notification.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, UNHAUL is no longer responsible for the physical condition of the package in transit, except as provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. UNHAUL is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to customer-supplied address errors. Orders returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded under our 365-day money-back guarantee.
