PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all auto-renewing subscription purchases offered by NLB Holdings LLC, doing business as UNHAUL. It is provided in compliance with federal law (including the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, 15 U.S.C. § 8401 et seq.) and applicable state automatic-renewal laws, including California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600–17606 and the Colorado Automatic Renewal Act.

How Our Subscription Works

When you purchase a UNHAUL subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing program. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout (every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the plan you selected) for the same product and quantity, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. The price, billing frequency, and product are disclosed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase, and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Your subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel it.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, at no cost and without penalty, by any of the following methods:

  1. Online: Log into your account at unhaulco.com, navigate to "Manage Subscription," and select "Cancel."

  2. Email: Send a cancellation request to support@unhaulco.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your order number or the email on file.

  3. Phone: Call 720-507-5987 during support hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time).

We will process your cancellation within 2 business days and send written confirmation by email. Cancellation becomes effective as soon as we process your request.

Cancellation Deadline for Upcoming Renewals

UNHAUL products are custom-assembled to order. To prevent an upcoming renewal from shipping, your cancellation request must be received before 11:59 PM Mountain Time on the day your renewal order is generated. Once a renewal order has been released to production, it will ship.

To reliably avoid an unwanted renewal shipment, we recommend canceling at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. You can view your next renewal date at any time by logging into your account.

You Are Always Protected by Our 365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a renewal ships before you were able to cancel, you are never stuck with it. Every UNHAUL order — including every subscription renewal — is fully covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee. Simply email support@unhaulco.com with your order number and we will refund the full product cost to your original payment method. You do not need to return the product. What Happens After You Cancel

  • You will not be charged for any future renewals.

  • Any renewal order already released to production at the time of cancellation will still ship, and is fully refundable under the 365-day money-back guarantee.

  • Your account remains active and you can reactivate your subscription at any time.

Changes to Your Subscription

You may also pause, skip a shipment, or change the interval of your subscription through your account at unhaulco.com, by emailing support@unhaulco.com, or by calling 720-507-5987. The same 11:59 PM MT production cutoff applies to all subscription modifications: changes made after the cutoff for a given renewal will take effect starting with the following renewal cycle, and any renewal that ships remains covered by the 365-day money-back guarantee.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600–17606. You may cancel by any of the methods listed above, including by email to support@unhaulco.com. California residents are additionally entitled to the full protection of our 365-day money-back guarantee on every shipment.

Colorado Residents

If you are a Colorado resident, nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Colorado Automatic Renewal Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-732). You may cancel by any of the methods listed above.
